Walk-ins: Walk-in bookings available in-office M-F 9-5

Any street or road where the speed limit is 35 mph or less. Avoid highways, causeways, and main drags like Sunset Blvd in Ft. Lauderdale.

We can only offer road assistance within the Ft. Lauderdale beach area. Outside of that will incur a $100 tow fee.

Deposit will be released within 1-7 business days, depending on your bank.

Our administrative office is open M-F 9-5.

Address: 2598 E Sunrise Blvd., #2104 (inside Galleria Mall). Regus Co-working space, 3rd floor, next to H&M directly above the food court. This location is best for walk-ins during office hours.

We suggest calling or booking before walking in. Our reps are always out on delivery or pickup.

For questions regarding Zelle or Venmo please contact the Concierge.

Gas is included in all rentals. No need to refuel when dropping off the scooter. If you need to refuel, we ask that you refill with:

PREMIUM or 93.

These scooters are designed for 1-2 adults.

On weekends, the office is closed. WOW accepts online bookings only during weekends, feel free to call the concierge with questions beforehand.
